Circular Sizing
Our ThriftEdge® Circular Sizing tooling system is designed for the Davenport Bar machines. The Circular Sizing holding system includes Circular Sizing Body, Clamps and Inserts for the ease in changing inserts.
Circular Sizing Holder: is the precision ground component that locates and supports the insert held in the following Davenport machine holders Wide Size, Regular and Oversize Tool Holder
Clamps: is the component that holds the insert into the precision ground anvil location.
Insert: is the cutting tool manufactured to specific geometries, precision tolerances and coated based upon the given manufacturing process and material being machined.
