EDM (EDG)
We have both an Electrical Discharge Manufacturing department and an Electrical Discharge Grinding department that both specialize in removal of material using electrical discharge. The EDM department specializes in manufacturing fixtures to exacting specifications. At Peterson Tool Company we use a proprietary process in the Electrical Discharge Grinding department that is used to remove raw material leaving the desired form in the insert.
